Q: How long are the shipping times?

 A: Please note that on average we need 3 to 5 working days to process your order before we ship it. Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible!


Most of our orders arrive within 7-10 days, but it may take longer if you live in a rural area.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

 A: We will send you an email with your tracking number when we fulfill your order. If you click on the tracking provided in this email, a new page will open showing the status of your order. You can also track your order on our website.

 

Q: What is the refund/return policy?

A: Return and Exchange Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of your order. All returns will be issued as gift cards sent to the email address of the original order. Gift cards never expire and can be used for future purchases in our store. Please note that the return shipping costs must be borne by you as the buyer.

Q: Are there any delays?

A: Normally there are no delays, however for certain items the processing time may take a while longer than normal. If the order has not been shipped after 30 days, the order will be canceled. The maximum processing time is 30 days.
