General Terms and Conditions
1.SCOPE
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2.CONTRACTUAL PARTNERS, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT, POSSIBILITIES OF CORRECTION
The purchase contract is concluded with the individual company Mustermann.
By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

4.DELIVERY TERMS AND PROCESSING PROCESS

Please note that if you provide an incorrect address or do not collect the package, additional costs may arise. In this case we will charge a fee of 10 CHF/EUR for the additional effort.We will not cover re-delivery costs if incorrect addressing results in the order not being able to be delivered. If the customer misses delivery and re-delivery is no longer possible, the purchase amount will not be refunded.
We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.
As soon as the customer places the order, the processing process begins. In principle, the customer has no right to cancel. However, in special cases and at the sole discretion of the Provider, cancellation may be considered. If the order has not been shipped within 30 days (from receipt of payment), we reserve the right to automatically cancel the order.
5. Cancellation policy

Return and exchange policy: We accept returns if you return the items within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns will be issued as gift cards sent to the email address of the original order. Gift cards never expire and can be used for future purchases in our store. Please note that the costs for return shipping must be borne by you as the buyer.We issue gift cards once we receive the dresses from our customers.

Right of withdrawal: Our return conditions are voluntary and are in line with the legal requirements in the EU/Switzerland. If you would like to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we only issue gift cards for returns and do not issue cash refunds. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.If the consumer specifically requests a refund to the original payment method for the EU market, we will do so. Switzerland is excluded from this regulation. Refund will be made once we receive the dresses from our customers.

Return conditions:
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original packaging and tags. Shoes must be tried on indoors and free from dirt, scratches and signs of wear. Pierced jewelry, cosmetics, sex toys and other beauty products with broken seals or removed packaging will not be accepted. Any returned merchandise that falls outside of our guidelines will be discarded and the store credit amount will be adjusted accordingly.
We would like to point out that reduced items cannot be returned. Once you purchase the item, it cannot be exchanged or returned. We therefore ask you to carefully check whether it meets your requirements and expectations before purchasing a discounted item. If you have any questions or are unclear, we will be happy to help you.

Redeeming gift cards: Gift cards can only be redeemed in our shop and cannot be exchanged for cash or other currencies. The value of the gift card can be used toward future purchases from our store and is not transferable to other stores or companies.

6.PAYMENT
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit card
Enter during the ordering process Enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.
SEPA direct debit procedure
By submitting the order, you give us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you about the date of the account debit at least one banking day in advance (so-called pre-notification). A bank business day is every working day with the exception of Saturdays, federal public holidays and the 24th. And 31. December of each year. The account will be debited before the goods are shipped.
PayPal, PayPal Express

7.RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment.
8.TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the delivery person as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to enforce our own claims against the carrier or to be able to claim transport insurance.
9.WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES

Switzerland: Any warranty and defect rights are excluded.

Restrictions on consumers
Switzerland: Any warranty and defect rights are excluded.
When consumers purchase used goods, the following applies: if the defect occurs after one year from delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year of delivery of the goods can be claimed within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.

10.LIABILITY
We always have unlimited liability for claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
* in the event of injury of life, body or health,
